2 stars for the fit. Got the XL. Length, toe to heel is good. Mid height just like I wanted. Very nice design and color. Fit just right around the top of the sock. This one area, the 2 star for fit area, on top of your foot where it turns to go up to your knee on both pair is very restrictive. It feels like I have a nice sock every where else on my foot but a nylon web in this one area. I keep trying to stretch this area out, but so far it has resisted my efforts. I kept the socks because I look like the way they look. I have not worn them yet because of the fit but am hopeful that I can stretch the restrictive area enough to use them.
